Comment:
After graduating from high school I attended Indiana University with a major in Spanish. I got married to a member of our religion, the Baha’i Faith. I put Keith through medical school while I taught Spanish in high school. At night I earned my masters degree in Spanish. Upon our graduation from medical school and graduate school we moved to California where Keith did a residency in anesthesiology. Just when we started to earn money we decided to pioneer for the Baha’i Faith moving to Trinidad and Tobago in the West Indies for ten years. Our youngest daughter was adopted from Trinidad and we were the only North Americans to adopt a child from Trinidad. We have four children and five grand children and are now living in Roseville, California. We retired last March and are enjoying retirement together. I am very thankful to God for our Faith, our family, our life, and our friends. Charyl Ioas Thorpe
